Total, excl. GST $5,000 1 cohort · $500 per manager

Over 40 managers? We split them into cohorts of up to 40, so the group stays small enough to talk. Each extra cohort is $1,500, plus $150 per manager.

Minimum six managers

Below that, there aren't enough people for the peer conversation to get going

Up to 40 per cohort

Each cohort gets its own kick-off and wrap-up. Larger organisations simply run more than one.

One invoice, up front

Invoiced before the kick-off and payable withing 14 days. No subscription, no renewals.

Measured by Change, not by attendance

Nobody takes a roll call.

Lead12 is an invitation, not an obligation. There's no attendance list, no completion tracking and no chasing from HR. Managers take part because it's useful, and the shared weekly challenge gives them something real to talk about with each other.

What we measure is whether leadership behaviour changed. At the end you get an anonymised cohort report: Scorecard results at the start and the end, plus managers' own look back at where they started. Individual answers stay with the individual.

Most training is measured by who turned up. Lead12 is measured by what changed.

Eight dimensions, eight minutes. Managers take it in Week 0 and again in Week 12.

Questions HR usually asks

Do managers have to take part?

No. Managers choose to take part each week and pick their own level. The nudge comes from peers doing the same challenge, and from senior leaders raising it in their own team meetings, not from HR.

We already run a leadership programme. Is this instead of it?

No. Lead12 sits alongside the training you've already invested in, and gives managers a structured way to practise in their real work.

What if a manager leaves part-way through?

Swap names freely until the end of Week 1. After that, if someone leaves your organisation their place can move to their replacement.

What does HR actually see?

Combined, anonymised Scorecard results for the cohort, dimension by dimension. Never an individual manager's answers, and no attendance or completion list.

How much time does it take?

About ten minutes a week: a short Monday video, a one-page playcard, and a challenge practising in meetings that are already in the diary.

How do we pay?

One invoice before the kick-off, payable within 14 days.

A 30-minute conversation. No hard sell.

Tell me about your executives, managers, supervisors, team leads and what you've already tried. If Lead12 isn't the right fit, I'll say so.
